As advised in the letter to members, we can confirm that the FCA have approved an update to the Scheme rules and terms and conditions allowing us to move your pension to a new plan where we consider it to be in your best interests, unless you have instructed us to transfer to a different provider (providing all necessary documents by 3 October 2025).
